Nestled in the scenic town of Belchertown, Massachusetts, and set against a backdrop of forest and wilderness, Hickory Hills is a close-knit neighborhood of 69 homes where nature and community come together. Founded in 2011, our neighborhood is designed for peaceful living, with quiet cul-de-sacs, just two entrances in and out, and a layout that encourages both privacy and connection.

Hickory Hills is more than just a place to live — it’s a place to belong. On any given day, you’ll find children riding bikes, neighbors chatting on front porches, and others attending to their gardens. Our volunteer-led homeowners association works to support this atmosphere, promoting a safe, friendly, and harmonious environment for everyone who calls Hickory Hills home.
